BioA city girl transplanted to middle of no where Kansas when her father was promoted to manager of LuthorCorp Fertilizer Plant #3, Chloe Sullivan hasn't found life in Smallville all that boring. Editor of Smallville High's newspaper, the Smallville Torch, she's constantly investigating some aspect of the oddities that occur in the town, which she blames on the Smallville Meteor Shower of 1989.
Chloe's a smart, plucky, snarky girl, who just happens to have a tendancy to get in over her head with her investigative curiousity. Luckily for Chloe, Clark always seems to know just when she needs rescuing.
She's now reached her dream and is working at the Daily Planet.

Chloe's a twenty-something year old girl of average height, with green eyes and short blonde hair that's usually worn in a flippy style. She has a tendancy to wear clothing that's a bit out of the ordinary; colors and patterns and crazy jewelry, etc.
She first came to Milliways some point in early season one, possibly around the episode "Hug". She is now following canon slowly from the sixth season onward (currently beginning season seven).
